Living in Canada, our summers seem to race by before we get a chance to warm ourselves in the sun or even dip our toes in an unfrozen lake. Crossing activities off of a bucket list is a great motivator to plan adventures and squeeze them into our limited time slots; ensuring everyone is satisfied and sun-kissed before the snow hits the ground again. I created a Summer Bucket List (updated 2017) printable to help you do just that!
I adore lists; the satisfaction of checking things off brings me a heightened sense of accomplishment. Sure I folded the laundry and mopped the floor, but that little check mark proves that I did it; despite the fact that the clothes don’t get put away for days or cheerios get spilled seconds later.
So instead of wondering what to do when a sunny Saturday comes your way, or feeling deflated at the end of august because you didn’t accomplish much, make a list! Heck, even write things you’ve already done just so you can cross them off (because sometimes that just makes us feel better).
